A colonial-dressed man who has kept himself alive across two and a half centuries by trading a Native tribe's stolen ceremonial knowledge for a very long life, then betraying the people who gave it to him. He is fond of guiding strangers through pockets of the city's past and future that shouldn't still be reachable — right up until the debt he never paid finally comes due in front of a witness.
