Locality · Cliffside cottage above Kingsport
The Strange High House
A cottage whose interior reportedly opens onto considerably more space, and considerably older company, than its cliffside exterior would suggest. Kingsport's younger residents have shown a persistent, locally worrying interest in finding out for themselves exactly how much more.
Whereabouts: A weathered cottage at the very top of Kingsport's northern sea-cliff, high enough that clouds regularly obscure it from the town below.
Access: By a climb locals uniformly decline to attempt; the one detailed account on file required considerable determination and a disregard for several specific local warnings.
