An ancient, bearded god of the deep dark, encountered driving a shell-chariot among sea-beasts and stranger company during a gathering that visits one particular Kingsport cliff-house on a schedule nobody in town has ever pinned down. Considerably more benevolent than most entries in this archive, and considerably less inclined to explain himself to the people he helps — including, on one notable occasion, Randolph Carter.
