Yaddith

An ancient, failing world populated by a non-human species long accustomed to sharing their bodies with stranded consciousnesses from elsewhere, one of whom spent considerably longer there than he'd planned and eventually built his own way home.

Whereabouts: A dying planet reached only via the sequence of gates opened by the Silver Key and guided by the entity at the First Gate; its position relative to any waking-world star chart has never been established.

Access: Not by any means the Archive is prepared to describe as a route; the one detailed account on file arrived by transference of consciousness rather than travel in any conventional sense, and the return trip required building a functioning spacecraft from first principles.
