Unknown Kadath

The seat of the earth's gods, built in imitation of a sunset city that turned out to be assembled entirely from one dreamer's own childhood memories. The gods themselves had already abandoned it for that better copy by the time anyone finally arrived to find them there.

Whereabouts: Somewhere past the edge of the mapped Dreamlands, in a cold waste no prior expedition — waking or dreaming — has ever reported reaching.

Access: By an extended overland and aerial route through cat-allied villages, ghoul tunnels, and a hijacked slave-galley bound for the moon; no return journey has ever been separately verified.
