A quiet village whose singular civic distinction is a standing law, obeyed without exception, against killing a cat within its limits. The law's origin is common knowledge locally and treated with a level of respect the Archive has not observed applied to any ordinance in the waking world.

Whereabouts: A village beyond the river Skai, reachable only through dream rather than through any route a waking traveler could chart.

Access: By dream alone, as with the rest of the Dreamlands on file; the Archive treats this as a difference in the route, not a reason to doubt the destination.
